Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account data — provided through AIVerID sign-in (name, email, account identifiers).
  • Engineering content — calculations, project data, drawings, and files you save to the Service.
  • Uploaded images — photos you submit to AI features (photo-to-design, plan review).
  • Usage data — calculation counts for quota enforcement, and a signed guest identifier cookie for anonymous quota tracking.
  • Billing data — handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the Service: run and store your calculations, enforce plan quotas, process subscriptions, provide AI-assisted features you explicitly invoke, secure the Service, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

3. AI features

When you use AI features (copilot, photo-to-design, plan reviewer), the inputs you provide — including uploaded images and relevant calculation context — are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response. These features run only when you invoke them.

4. Storage and processors

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and AIVerID (authentication). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

5. Cookies

We use strictly functional cookies: session/authentication cookies, a locale preference, a theme preference, and a signed anonymous quota identifier. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Retention and deletion

Saved projects and calculations are retained while your account is active. You may delete your content at any time in the app. On account deletion, associated personal data is removed within a reasonable period except where retention is legally required (e.g., billing records).

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including Thailand’s PDPA and the GDPR where relevant), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing.
